First of all, it was such a privilege for me to meet and chat with you and attend Paul Kelly’s PKT training live. I definitely want to train with him again when he is doing his next tour in CA. He is so much fun to be around, and I learned all those nuances from the session. I have been doing level 1 exercises daily, for the most part, and I am to the point that I enjoy them and am making that slow but sure progress in getting back joint mobility that in actuality, I’ve never had in my life. I have coupled it with a few other techniques to address my pelvic dysfunction for a program that is far better than what I was getting from seeing expensive pelvic floor specialists.
